Since 2017 Excel Property Partners have had a presence in Sheffield providing clean, comfortable serviced accommodation for people travelling to the city for business or leisure events such as the theatre and sporting events such as swimming, football and ice-skating.
Excel City Apartments is the accommodation brand of Excel Property Partners Ltd.
Our properties are tastefully furnished and contain modern amenities to allow our guests a self-catering experience. The interiors are welcoming so that our guests can experience a ‘home away from home feel’.
Our accommodation is close to the train station which allows guests easy access to the theatres, universities and to explore the surrounding areas: Kelham Island, Olympics Legacy Park, Institute of Sports, the Peak District.
Excel City Apartments is also the host of the Sheffield Hidden Gems podcast. Launched in February 2021, the podcast features conversational interviews with representatives of local independent businesses and a broad selection of charities
